How it works:

In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system that requires you to login with an email address and password.

Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter your email address and password. If you’re a new user, you will be prompted to set up a password.

• Q: Why do you hold the Security Deposit?

  A: Recently the penalties for any delays in returning a tenant’s security deposit has increased substantially. In order to protect our owners’ interest, all tenant security deposits are placed in a trust fund as required by the Texas Property Code. This fund is subject to audit by the State of Texas. DeGuire Property Management strictly adheres to trust fund compliance regulations as it is not only the law, but it is simply a good business practice.
